Job Summary

Responsibilities :

  • Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about digital business solutions and services offered by Technooyester using scripts
  • Explain queries about services & solutions or about the company
  • Understand customer requirements and close sales
  • Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
  • Strong in convincing and objection handling
  • Exploring new markets and getting new clients

Job Description:

  • The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business
  • Comfortable in presenting and explaining the digital business solutions and services offered by Technooyester over the phone to potential clients
  • Strong in convincing clients and objection handling with empathy and achieve the target as per company SLAs
  • Coordinating with BDEs on the prospects on sales closure

Requirements :

* Proven experience as experienced Telecaller/ Telemarketing Executive with international outbound experience
* Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
* Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
* Excellent communication skills (Written & verbal)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints

Experience Required :

Minimum 1 Year
