Job Summary
2. Drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closed sales. Lead in participating negotiations with qualified key account/opportunities.
3. Maintain active funnel to satisfy sales targets.
4. Account management- Develop and maintain key account plans, Mapping the customer profile, analyze & Identify business needs and create an opportunity.
5. Develop prospect lists & create customer data base using various direct methods such as calling and face to face meetings, and indirect methods such as networking etc
6. Develop and maintain territory plans which outline how sales targets will be met on an ongoing basis
7. Cultivate strong relationships with third party and partner companies that may be required to deliver full solutions to customers
8. Work with marketing to plan and execute lead generation campaigns. Generate & qualify leads.
9. Develop comprehensive sales plans.
10. Enquiry generation, Requirement Gathering, Co-ordination with Presales Team on Technical requirements, Efforts Estimation, Resources Identification
11. Prepare Techno-Commercial Proposals etc.
12. Payment Follow-upSkills:1. Experience in sales of engineering solutions & services.
2. Structured approach to the sales cycle, good understanding of the technology industry
3. Experience working with international clients
4. Account management and acquiring new business
5. Excellent written and oral communication skills
6. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
7. C Level connects across multiple industries
8. Open to work in different time-zones
9. Flexible to relocate to any location
