Job Summary
  • 2+ years of hands on experience in Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager.
  • Good in Symantec endpoint Protection endpoints troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of enable/disable USB access using SEPM.
  • Generating AV Compliance Report and meeting SLA.
  • Threat log analysis and event Monitoring.
  • Review security alerts and perform escalation activities as per customer direction/policy
  • Provide operational oversight and coordinate within the agency for analysis and resolution
  • GUP Server configuration, Endpoint Management.
  • Installation, Configuration & Administration of GUP Server.
  • Basic understanding of fundamentals of TCP/IP, Operating Systems, DNS, Networking, and Information Security.
  • Basic understanding of Network topology.
  • Basic understanding and experience with SQL queries and regex.
  • Generating risk reports and fix issue, Update virus definition on endpoints etc
  • Experience with deployment ofSymantecEndpoint Protection.
  • ITIL v3 foundation or Equivalent knowledge in service management.
  • Good Communication, Ready to take ownership.
  • Ready to work on weekend & Holidays.

Qualification :
B. E. /B. TECH / DIPLOMA NO CORRESPONDENCE
Experience Required :

Minimum 2 Years
