Job Summary
- The Senior content manager will own the creation and direction of all content development initiatives across multiple platforms and formats.
- Will be responsible for managing and updating the website, produce and continuously update standard marketing collaterals including corporate and service presentations, pitch decks, and customer success stories.
- Develop thought leadership content in form of blogs, white papers, and e-books
- Own all corporate communications both internal and external including newsletters, employee mailers, Press releases etc.
- Assist the CMO to support brand building (employee, and employer)
- Be the custodian and drive engagement across all social media channels
- Support digital marketing efforts with content tailored for SEO including landing pages and other leadgen formats.
- Develop storyboards and scripts for Videos and Webinars
- Ensure consistency of communication across all formats
- Measure the content performance with analytics and consistently improve metrics
- Manage the content repository
