We are seeking an experienced Senior Trainer for our Cleaning Category to join our dynamic team. The Senior Trainer will play a crucial role in ensuring the high-quality delivery of home cleaning services in our designated cities.
What You ll Do:
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for partners in the cleaning category.
- Continuously update training materials to reflect industry advancements and company policies.
- Oversee the daily operations of the training department to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
- Manage training schedules, ensuring timely completion of all training sessions.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and implement improvements as needed.
- Act as a liaison between the business team and the training coordinator to ensure alignment of training objectives with business goals.
- Communicate training needs, progress, and outcomes to relevant stakeholders.
- Conduct regular assessments and feedback sessions to evaluate the performance of trainers and trainees.
- Address any training deficiencies promptly and effectively to ensure consistent quality.
- Strategically allocate trainers based on their skills, experience, and availability to meet training demands.
- Monitor trainer performance and provide guidance to enhance their effectiveness.
- Provide leadership and direction to the training team during the Zonal Trainer s absence.
What We Need:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in top-tier hotels, facility management, or startups, with a focus on training and development.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Proven experience in managing teams of trainers/professionals, preferably in hotels or facilities management.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proven ability to manage and coordinate teams effectively.
- High level of professionalism and commitment to quality.
