Fresh Prints is a New York City-based custom apparel startup. We find incredible students and give them the working capital, training, and support to build the business at their schools. We currently work with 400+ students across 250 colleges and universities in the US.

Fresh Prints is on the pathway to becoming a $100+ million company. We are looking for a resourceful and hands-on TA Manager who can drive Talent Acquisition efforts at Fresh Prints. You will be directly responsible for hiring the best talent across India and the Philippines to fuel the growth of Fresh Prints and build Fresh Prints into the powerful business unit that it should be.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment activities for all positions at Fresh Prints
• Collaborate with department leads/hiring managers/exec team & close open positions
• Liaise with recruitment agencies as and when required
• Monitor daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly recruitment KPI Metrics
• Mentor and develop the team of HR Associates who are dedicated to bringing the best talent to Fresh Prints
• Drive Process Improvement initiatives in all recruitment related activities
• Ensure great candidate experience

Essential Requirements

• Between 5 - 10 years of experience with inhouse or agency hiring
• At least 3+ years of experience leading a team
• Analytical mindset and ability to think outside the box
• Experience with HRMS (Bamboo-HR) and Applicant Tracker Systems
• Experience in a dynamic and fast-growing environment would be a big plus
• A good laptop and WIFI connectivity

Office Location

We will have an office in Hyderabad eventually but working from the office is completely optional; you can essentially work from anywhere you like!

Working Hours

• Working hours are 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM IST Monday to Friday
