Associate Product Manager Job in Fresh Prints

Fresh Prints is an NYC-based custom apparel startup. We find incredible students and give them theworking capital, training, and support to build the business at their schools. We have 400+ studentswho will do $20 million in sales over the next 12 months.

As our Associate Product Manager (Internal Tech), you will be responsible for both product planningand product delivery. This includes managing the product throughout its lifecycle and workingclosely with our engineering team to deliver high-impact products. This job also includes ensuringthe product vision aligns with the company s overall strategy and goals.

This role is perfect for someone who has at least 2 years of experience with managing and deliveringproducts. As a member of the product team, you will help build scalable tech that will support a $100million revenue-generating business. This is a high-impact role that requires an acute sense ofbusiness, forward-thinking, and prioritization skills.

We re looking for someone who is willing to take ownership of projects, is a quick learner, and canquickly make the right decisions. The ideal candidate should love taking on new challenges.

Responsibilities

• Understand the business and impact of internal tech
• Define the product strategy and roadmap
• Identify new tech opportunities that would increase revenue and drive down costs
• Work with various stakeholders and gather requirements
• Work closely with the Engineering Team to ensure successful delivery of the product
• Prioritization of features, tasks, and bug fixes
• Perform product demos for our internal users

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience with product management
• Strong understanding of business
• Able to make decisions without direct supervision
• Strong time management & prioritization skills
• Self-motivated and excited to work on different projects
• Experience with a CRM or a ticketing system is a plus
