As a Senior Product Manager you will be responsible for delivering a differentiated product to market that addresses a market need and represents a viable business opportunity and ensuring that the product supports the companys overall strategy and goals.

• Own one of the core product pillars at Kony and help drive ideation to execution cycles. Build product roadmap/vision.
• Market analysis, including competitive landscape and market sizing Gather feature requirements from customers and internal teams.
• Have a key stake in product adoption and P&L metrics .
• Work with user experience team to create a detailed feature specification.
• Iterate through prototypes and validate product with internal and external customers.
• Turn over the feature specifications to the development team to implement.
• Work directly with engineering team throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Create external facing content and coordinate with marketing to develop product campaigns.
• Lifecycle product management, including support planning, maintenance, and end of life activities.
• Work with customers and prospects as needed (may require travel).
• Ensure that features built are enabled correctly such that they can be used effectively by end users.
• Capably manage a team of junior product managers and provide career guidance .
• Measure adoption/success and align roadmap with potential learnings.

• Minimum of 6-8 years experience .
• Technical background. Experience with development frameworks.
• Proficient knowledge and experience with one or more native mobile API libraries (iOS, Android, Windows).
• Web development knowledge will be a plus. Server side technology knowledge (like J2EE, Node.js) would also be appreciated.
• Should be driven to motivate various stakeholders at arriving towards desired end to end results.
• Hands-on approach. Validate product deliverables directly.
• Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering or similar, and/or relevant experience (MBA preferred).
• Excellent teamwork skills.
• Experience working with distributed global teams Should be able to work effectively with customers and prospects seamlessly.
