Job Description:

The Account Executive is a strategic sales role focused on acquiring new clients and nurturing existing relationships. As an integral part of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing business opportunities, delivering persuasive sales pitches, and maintaining strong client relationships throughout the sales lifecycle.


Responsibilities:

Prospect and identify potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and market research.

Conduct in-depth needs analysis and understand clients' business objectives to tailor solutions that meet their unique requirements.

Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to key decision-makers and stakeholders.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align strategies and ensure customer needs are met.

Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, tracking progress through a CRM system.

Utilize a consultative sales approach to identify pain points and offer tailored solutions that address clients' challenges effectively.

Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to ensure mutually beneficial and profitable outcomes.

Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and revenue goals.

Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

Continuously develop and enhance product knowledge and sales skills through training and professional development opportunities.

Represent Francisco Technology Consulting at industry events and conferences to increase brand visibility and network with potential clients.


Requirements:

Proven track record of successful B2B sales experience, preferably in IT.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.

Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes.

Results-driven with a passion for exceeding targets and driving revenue growth.

Ability to analyze client needs and provide creative and strategic solutions.

Technologically proficient, with experience using CRM software and sales tools.

Highly organized with excellent time management skills to handle multiple accounts and opportunities simultaneously.

Demonstrated business acumen and understanding of sales processes.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Previous experience in selling IT is a plus.
