Job Summary

Job Responsibilities:

Implementing End User configuration and security policy using SCCM, InTunes and JAMF
Document, test and manage all policy
Develop detailed document and training manual for troubleshooting issues.
Responsible for configuration management items to feed into central Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
Produce reports for asset and configuration management to present at different levels Team, Delivery and Executive

Desired/Preferred Skills:

Good knowledge in managing SCCM (MECM), Intune and Jamf MDM infrastructure
Good understanding of Azure AD, Active Directory, Windows and Mac OS
Hands on Experience on CoManagement of devices with SCCM (MECM)
Experienced with enabling and implementing IBCM or Cloud Management gateway to effectively manage internet based clients
Implementing and Configuring Autopilot Services
Create and maintain operating system images, perform operating system upgrades and software patching
Create and deploy ENDPOINT security policy's with Intune and Jamf
Deployment and maintenance of ENDPOINT applications
Provide continuous improvement of the end user experience
Document, maintain and improve standard operation procedures (SOPs) and processes regarding ENDPOINT management
Windows Server management experience preferred
