Job Summary
Responsibilities
- Generate leads, follow up and organize site visits
- Build and manage strong relationship with existing clients for referral
- Handle incoming email and phone enquiries
- Ability to negotiate the terms of an agreement and closing sales
- Handle client objections with training, collaboration and supervisor
- Meet the individual and team sales target
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Attend sales meetings and presents information on pipeline and competition
- Keep abreast of best practices, sales techniques and promotional trends
- Represent the company at trade exhibitions, events etc
- Train the new recruits
- Graduates with 0-2 years of prior experience in sales
- Should have strong interpersonal, conversational skills and persuasive skills
- Knowledge on effective sales pitches and techniques is an plus
- Willing to travel on a regular basis
- Excellent communication, presentation and listening skills
- Must be a great team-player
