Job Summary Responsibilities
  • Generate leads, follow up and organize site visits
  • Build and manage strong relationship with existing clients for referral
  • Handle incoming email and phone enquiries
  • Ability to negotiate the terms of an agreement and closing sales
  • Handle client objections with training, collaboration and supervisor
  • Meet the individual and team sales target
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Attend sales meetings and presents information on pipeline and competition
  • Keep abreast of best practices, sales techniques and promotional trends
  • Represent the company at trade exhibitions, events etc
  • Train the new recruits
Requirements
  • Graduates with 0-2 years of prior experience in sales
  • Should have strong interpersonal, conversational skills and persuasive skills
  • Knowledge on effective sales pitches and techniques is an plus
  • Willing to travel on a regular basis
  • Excellent communication, presentation and listening skills
  • Must be a great team-player
