Job Description: The Person will be responsible for acquiring new customer relationships and business opportunities for companies in IT services and solutions Experience in closing sales for QA services from IT Software services industry. Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities. Completing response to & submission of RFPs. Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new ventures with company strategies and operations, examining risks and potentials, estimating partners' needs and goals. Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements including RFI, RFP, Bid walk through, developing and negotiating contracts, integrating contract requirements with business operations. Develop and manage pipeline activity resulting in new client partnerships and business relationships. Identify and develop new prospects and business channels; focus is on new client acquisition. Drive sales cycle with a sense of urgency ensuring clients expectations are met while achieving targeted sales goals and within acceptable margins for the business unit. Prepare presentations, present value proposition & develop analytical reports. Client interaction/presentation, Managing new as well as existing clients. Work closely with cross functional teams (Presales / Support / PMs) to arrive at best solutions for the prospective clients. Able to work under pressure, self-motivated & must be target oriented. Should be willing to Travel. Qualification Criteria: Must-Have: Degree in Business Administration or Sales Marketing Exposure to US, UK and Australia markets Experience in closing in sales for Captive/Odyssey/offshore teams Excellent communication skills, team handling & have selling attitude Should be a seasoned sales professional with proven success in selling QA services and other IT solutions. Self-motivated and hardworking Excellent analytical, costing & budgeting skills. Excellent presentation, negotiation and demonstration skills Result driven with constant desire to earn high income Exposure in selling RoR and Python skills will be a definite plus Experience: 1 - 6 years of experience in end-to-end business development activities of IT Services Education: BE/BCS/MBA/PGDM plus strong aptitude.
