Job Summary
We are looking for skilled sales and operations executives who have good knowledge of customer relationship processes and can handle the management of ForAll A Tech s activities. You will work as a Sales & Operations Executive to manage company operations, customer relationships & company sales.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor the operations of the company through the company s online portal.
- Manage the staff workloads and project lifecycle processes.
- Interact with clients to maintain a good business relationship.
- Manage leads and converts them to company clients through emails and cold calls.
- Organize product demos and pitch presentations at client locations.
- Communicate with clients and establish proper communication channels.
- Participating in growth discussions.
- Prepare reports for higher management authorities.
- Manage projects by prioritizing them on their deadlines.
- Organize technical and non-technical events.
