About the role
Primary responsibility of the Anti-Counterfeit Program Manager is to manage end to end responsibility of Anti-Counterfeit Charter by implementing relevant policies and procedures across Flipkart Group. The role is cross- functional and requires deep collaboration and influencing ability with stakeholders from operations, Zonal functions as well as external partners.
What youll do:
Anti-Counterfeit Life Cycle ManagementSingle point of contact for all Counterfeit related concerns in Flipkart Group.Monitor and assist in reviewing suspected counterfeit products in the Flipkart Group company platform Primarily responsible to manage a process driven, uniform and consistent Anti-Counterfeit program for Flipkart Group of Companies.Draft, get approved and implement Anti-Counterfeit SOPs across business.Undertake Employee awareness drives to achieve employees understanding and compliance with regards to Anti-Counterfeit programRendering Anti-Counterfeit support to stakeholders, internal and external customers as needed. Drive cross functional collaboration, to ensure seamless deployment of Anti-Counterfeit processes.Drive standardization and benchmarking to ensure continual process improvementDevelop and maintain external partnerships, i.e. law enforcement, Industry bodies, etc.Anti-Counterfeit Program governanceBudget managementBuilding and maintaining relationships with rights holders through brand diplomacy, conferences, networking opportunities, workshops, etc., Participate in the development of an efficient and functional framework for Flipkart Group Companies, rights holders and law enforcement agencies to conduct joint enforcement actionsManage the Incident reporting mechanism/system for Anti-Counterfeit program and conduct regular data and trend analytics of the same Anti-Counterfeit Logistics ManagementManaging Counterfeit related concerns in overall supply chain (Logistics, Warehouses and First Mile)Conducting risk assessments, Anti-Counterfeit audits and product authentication trainings for Flipkart Logistic Centers and implementing risk mitigation measures.Conducting deep dive investigations and root cause analysis for various Anti-Counterfeit issues.Internal Collaboration & External LiaisonResponsible for maintaining working relationships and liaison with law enforcement and related agencies.Having structured connect with the internal stakeholders.Documenting the connect with local law enforcement and internal stakeholders on a tracker.Regular connects (along with MOMs) with right holders to understand concerns around their brands in Flipkart Group company platform and work with internal stakeholders for mitigation of such concerns Legal, FIR, Police & Court casesPreparing the investigation reports.Gathering the evidences for the police case.Preparing the draft of the police complaint.Getting the police complaint vetted from legal departmentLodging of complaints (FIRS) with Police and following up until case closure, providing Litigation support for incidents as and when required, in assistance from the Legal team.What youll need:

University degree level or equivalent through experience and professional certification.Should have excellent knowledge of law (Legal degree preferred) related to Anti-Counterfeit programsMinimum 5-10 years experience in law enforcement, Anti-Counterfeit or military-related profession with minimum three years experience in Anti-Counterfeit.Extensive and up to date knowledge of Anti-Counterfeit.Experience in managing or coordinating Anti-Counterfeit investigations of complex nature.Knowledge of information security processes and systems. Completion of professional security certification training e.g. Cyber Law, CISSP, CISA, CPP equivalent
