Job Summary

About the Role:ProgramManageris accountable to drive Strategic initiatives, Key projects and lead AOP themes for the City Logistics team.
About the Team:City logistics team Provides best-in-class Customer / Seller / Employee Experience; drives growth through differentiated services, infinite supply that scales non-linearly at right cost.

What will you do

  • Drive Programs for CL with high Ownership and deliver the projects in stipulated time with strong stakeholder alignment towards the common goal.
  • Ensuring the realisation of the project objectives within agreed scope, time, budget and with expected quality
  • Managingcross-functional project teams, planning and organizing, and executing complex projects across multiple organizations and stakeholders to enable the launch of new projects and processes
  • Lead CL AOP Themes with strong rigour and governance around it
  • Responsible for acting as an ambassador of the specific project and secure appropriate communication/alignments to and involvement of the different stakeholders
  • Responsible for identifying, monitoring and controlling risks within the project scope, manage dependencies and interfaces
  • Responsible for reporting the project status to the leadership and stakeholders on regular base in a relevant and transparent way, including any significant risks /deviations on time, cost or quality or other deviations to the intended project result
  • Responsible for regular project evaluation after project-completion, aiming to secure that all necessary data & process of the project is documented, evaluated and archived and be responsible securing a proper handover
  • Program Stages: Design, Biz Case Approval, Pilot project (if applicable), Pilot result evaluation, Full scale project plan, monitoring, risk identification/ mitigation, Project handover, Documentation. Post-handover evaluation"

What will you need:

  • B.E/B.Tech/MBA or any other similar qualification
  • 8-12 years of relevant work experience in the supply chain domain including people management experience
  • Excellent knowledge in project management processes including methods and tools; scope, time, cost, risk, quality, communication and how to integrate these processes
  • Good knowledge of relevant systems/solutions/tools, calculation/modelling methods and analysis within the function is an added advantage. Good presentation skills for the leadership reviews
  • Stakeholder Management: Knowledge of how to identify and involve relevant stakeholders in a project, process or technology to make things happen (Tech, Product, Process Excellence, Design, HR, Biz Fin, Planning etc.)
  • Building relationships across the organisation and having influence and personal impact by using good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to apply analytical process oriented thinking
  • Lead and develop relationships with stakeholders (Create togetherness). Find better ways to enable changes, Sense of Ownership"
  • High attention to detail including proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
