Job Summary

Job Role - Senior manager - Affinity Channel

Department - Insurance

Location - Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

Affinity business development, focuses on building partner networks across affinitychannels like NBFCs, Credit Coop Societies, Chit Funds, Equity Brokers, CA network, etc.
Identify Affinity partners, introduce Fisdom to them and lead the partnership to aclosure
Understand the client & business and work with the client & leadership team to designAffinity initiatives.
Understand the customer journey to develop products, services and value propositions.
Increasing revenues of Affinity, at required margins.
Managing contacts with insurers, Contributing to growth and development of AffinityBusiness.
On-going client satisfaction, retention and profitability

Skills/Competencies/Experience:
4-8 years of experience in building Life or General or Life Insurance Affinity channels
Strong pedigree preferably an MBA from a Tier 2 college
Strong Interpersonal Skills
Strong English communication Skills
High Energy and be ready to work round the clock
