Manager Business and Risk Advisory

- Join our experienced team and work on high quality engagements involving MNCs, Indian conglomerates as well as high growth Start-ups operating across a diverse range of industries.
- Gain exposure to working on a diverse nature of Business and Risk advisory engagements performed including risk based internal audits and process reviews, compliance support for Clause 49 and Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) Requirements, implementation of risk assessment frameworks (ERMs/ COSO/COBIT), development of SOPs/ Policies/ Processes, fraud investigation, special management audit and information security reviews, etc.

Roles & responsibilities
- Preparation of audit checklists /programs, discussion notes, audit reports for clients
- Performing business process reviews & carrying out internal audits as per annual audit plan & submission of audit reports to the clients
- Liasoning with functional departments for carrying out Internal audits & final discussions of audit findings & getting their consent for timely implementation of suggested & agreed action plans/corrective actions
- Ensuring implementation of audit observations
- Drafting SOPs/Policies/Guidelines/Procedures
- Team handling and management
Skill Required
In order to be considered for this role, your competencies will cover the broad scope of Accounting and Assurance services, leveraging your professional background and skills such as:
- CA Inter (Semi Qualified) having above mentioned experience of 1-2 years or B-com/ M-com with 2-3 years of experience
- High level of analytical skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to understand business processes and procedures
- Expertise in auditing and accounting
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
