Job Summary

Job Description

Job involves selling housing data and risk advisory to institutional investor, fund houses and equity broking companies, especially those companies who have exposure and interest in housing finance, mortgages and real estate industry.

The roles and responsibilities:

  • Execution of marketing and communication plans
  • Generate leads and digital/ direct reach
  • Lending page development for users engagements
  • Digital campaign development and execution (Videos, mailers, and other social media, Ad Words, blog)
  • Plan and manage integrated demand generation campaigns across different channels. E.g. email campaigns, PPC ads, LinkedIn paid campaigns etc. to build pipeline
  • Generate relevant content covering whitepapers, data snippets, case studies, blogs, research reports etc.
  • Lead conversion into sales to attain revenue targets
  • Identification of prospects and assessment of the requirements
  • Assessment of the present offering and competitions
  • Understand requirements and define the offering and product

    • Requirements:

    Should Be An MBA Graduate Or Equivalent

    2-5 Years Experience In Equity Research, Capital Market And Lead Generation

    Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills

    Hands-On Experience With Managing LinkedIn Campaigns, Google PPC/ Analytics Etc.

    Expert Level At Database Querying Tools And At MS-Excel

    Knowledge Of SQL, Python, R Will Be Preferable But Not Mandatory
