Job Summary

Job Description:

• Effectively engaging with the customers and generating the targeted revenue.

• Calling prospective customers and engaging with them to maximize sales.

• Achieve & Managing Team & their Targets.

• Ability to advise the clients from time to time based on the research calls.

• Focusing on building long-term relationships with the customers.

• Ensuring that the customer's information is maintained and updated in CRM.

• Ensuring high customer retention through customer service, consistent engagement, and taking periodic feedback from the customer.

• To guide the client about the suitable investment / trading products as per clients profile.

• To ensure the achievement of Acquisition Targets of HNI clients, Retail clients.

• Monitor and review team members' performance and help the team to achieve maximum business.

• Needs to be innovative and bring new ideas to keep inclining the sales techniques.

• Excellent analytical skills and Negotiation skills.

Note: If the performance delivered is extraordinary/ exceptional for 5-6 months then team-leading opportunity can be given to the respective employee.
