Job Summary

Responsibilities and requirements:

• Take the responsibilities of onboarding the client and taking them to live on our

platform by performing necessary tasks in coordination with the sales team.

• Schedule Training sessions at all our partnered restaurants.

• Train the restaurant management staff about our product and how to use it.

• Make sure that the staff is implementing & following the right processes and

practices.

• Take complete ownership of managing the accounts and solving problems in real-time

which are faced by clients.

Requirements

• Proven work experience of 0-2 years in the field of operations or in similar roles

• Excellent Communication Skills

• Ability to build relationships

• Problem-solving skills

• Bachelor's degree in any field

Minimum qualification requirement
  • Required - Customer Success skill with 1+ years experience
  • Required - High school or equivalent or higher education

    Required - Located in Bangalore

    Required - Good command over Kannada

    Experience Required :

    0 to 5 Years
