Product Management Intern Job in Expertrons

Responsibilities :

What will you be doing?

1. Be outcome-oriented; everything we do needs metrics and you will be expected to define, report and improve these metrics
2. Conduct user research, gather product ideas, seek feedback, collate requirements & own vision & road map of our platform which forms the platform for the whole of the organization
3. Partner with many types of stakeholders, including engineers, analysts, and leaders from different teams and functions in designing scalable solutions
4. Stakeholders include Engineering, Marketing, Product and Co-founders.
5. Cross-functional collaboration with analytics, data science, engineering, product & business to ensure a seamless product development
6. Continue to strive for innovation, be aware of developments that are happening in the data platform and advanced analytics space. Help us navigate the trade-offs between build vs. buy, and guide us to make informed solutions; Build strategic partnerships with global companies that will give us a great edge
7. Define and communicate your products vision, strategy, and goals; Mentor and coach junior product managers

Basic Qualifications :

Preferred Educational Qualification- Tier 1 institute but any Rockstar candidate is welcome aboard!

1. Strong Communication (both verbal & written) and organizational skills is mandatory
2. Should be able to work with stakeholders from multiple teams and should be able to build a structure from all the information obtained
3. Should be detail-oriented problem-solvers who are able to employ leadership, critical thinking and time management skills
4. Should welcome iterative approaches to problem solving while being capable of building general solution frameworks for common problems
5. Should have some understanding of technical aspects (APIs, SDKs etc.) in order to efficiently structure & update technical documentation
