Job Summary

Responsibilities

As an intern, you will:

  • Client Interaction: Assist the Client Servicing team in daily interactions and building strong client relationships.
  • Requirement Translation: Help understand client needs and convert them into actionable tasks for creative and strategy teams.
  • Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams (creative, design, strategy, social media) to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Progress Monitoring: Track project timelines, communicate updates, and ensure milestones are met.
  • Meetings & Follow-Ups: Participate in client meetings, take detailed notes, and follow up on action items.
  • Reporting: Prepare reports, presentations, and performance updates for client projects.
  • Client Feedback: Manage client feedback, coordinate revisions, and strive for client satisfaction.
  • Industry Research: Conduct market research and provide insights into industry trends and competitor activities to enhance client campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or related fields.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Problem-solving skills and a knack for strategic thinking.
    • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and communication tools (email, chat, video conferencing).
  • Experience:
    • Knowledge of digital advertising, marketing, or communications is a plus.
    • Prior experience in project management, client engagement, or customer support is advantageous.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Availability:
    • Able to commit to a full-time (in-office) internship.
    • Available for a duration of 3 months.
  • Location:
    • Based in or willing to relocate to Mumbai.
