Objectives and Responsibilities of the Associate Growth Product Manager:
1. Perform product and marketing analysis, leveraging analytics tools, developing the sales funnel and growth model
2.Build and execute on paid marketing campaigns to quickly uncover insights on product-market fit, value propositions and potential customers
3. Create dashboards to track marketing campaign metrics, which are to be communicated internally and externally to insure product growth
4. Develop target customer personas and identify key competitors
5. Build, execute and provide oversight of growth models, marketing campaigns, GTM strategies and product market fit, etc
6. Analyse acquisition, retention and monetization processes & in-app/on-site user behaviour to drive product and marketing changes

Key Requirements:
1. 1-3 Years Experience in Digital Marketing and/or Product Management
2. Experience creating & leading digital product strategies with data management knowledge
3. Extremely strong written and verbal communication skills
4. Understanding of various digital marketing channels - paid acquisition, social media, SEO, email, etc
5. Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Spreadsheets and other analytics tools (SQL Knowledge a plus)
