Job Summary
  • Ability to comprehend detailed project specifications with the need to work on multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Ability to drive SaaS and on-prem deliveries and client implementation, specifically technical engineering aspects with experience desired in the following areas of Incident Management (L3), Application Support
  • Experience with cloud services, deployment, and management (AWS/Azure inclusive of scaling, tuning, CI/CD deployment practices)
  • Experience with DevOps and CI/CD (Git/Jenkins/Ansible/Terraform/etc)
  • Experience using alerting & monitoring solutions (Splunk, DynaTrace, Elastic Search, Grafana)
  • Understanding of XML, JSON, Swagger
  • Platform Familiarity with Docker/Kubernetes/EKS/Kafka
  • Experience with API test tools such as Bruno / Postman / SOAP UI
  • Experience with UNIX and Windows OS and shell scripting
