  • Familiarity with laboratory operations, and experience with LIMS (Laboratory Information Management Systems) or SmartQC.
  • 3 years of experience in laboratory systems, with comfort in both business and technical processes.
  • A strong desire to continuously improve and implement new technologies.
  • Familiarity with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Computer Systems Validation (CSV).
  • Knowledge of project management principles and experience with agile and scrum methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accountable for the controlled production support and life cycle management of applications (COTS & custom) used within Enterprise Quality Systems in Global Product Development & Supply. The primary application initially will be SmartQC.
  • Manage day-to-day operational support, enabling the business to scale while improving key performance indicators and overall customer experience.
  • Collaborate directly with business clients, IT business partners, and other IT teams to deliver digital capabilities.
  • Work with vendors to ensure critical system functionality is operational and meets business needs.
  • Provide remote support for laboratory computer systems on a global basis.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues within supported systems.
  • Offer training to users when necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with all Computer System Validation requirements and regulations.

Qualification :
Knowledge of Project Management skills, and experience with agile and scrum methodologies.
