Job Summary

Monitoring Tools: Working knowledge and development of SolarWinds Orion, Splunk, Grafana, Prometheus and ITSM tools.

Java and Weblogic administration: Java software development and troubleshooting knowledge along with webservers deployment.

Experience in supporting IT applications deployment, troubleshooting, and supporting POC s.

Experience in working with cross functional teams to get RCA s and support escalation process for quick issue resolutions.

Experience/ Knowledge in working in RHEL environments and resolve various hardware/software related issues, Server hardening, performance tuning, deployment of patches/packages, OS upgradations and daily health checks.

Qualification :
B.E / B.Tech / M.E / M.Tech / M.Sc / M.C.A

Experience Required :

5 to 8 Years
