Role

Description

  • L3 Operation support, candidate will be directly reporting to IT Operation manager
  • Key point of technical escalation in the event of major incident
  • Performs regular reviews of incident reports, to identify candidates for Problem Management
  • Attend the CAB regularly
  • detailed planning of complex changes to the environment
  • Risk assessment and validation of Change tickets applied to the environment
  • Ensure all incidents/inquiries are processed and resolved or sent to appropriate next level agency in a speedy and effective manner.
  • Point of escalation for other entities for the implementation of the solution to the customer problem within the defined periods.
  • To provide hands on support for critical incidents or if demand exceeds team resources available
  • Working experience on cloud technologies (private, hybrid & public clouds)
  • Knowledge of IT services under IaaS portfolio
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any hardware, software or configuration related incidents
  • Monitor and ensure high availability of customer"s IT infrastructure
  • Perform daily health check and routine scheduled maintenance. Review system logs and find potential issues
  • Troubleshoot and take ownership of incident until resolved
  • Complete service requests and execute changes assigned
  • Escalate issues/incidents to next level and follow-up until closure
  • Coordination with Third parties, Vendors and suppliers for fault resolution.
  • Ensuring that the SLAs are met for all incident, problem, request, and change
  • Participate in root cause investigation
  • Perform routine patching activities and ensure that all the systems are up to date
  • Ensure that configuration backup of all the system is up to date
  • Review logs/monitoring data/reports to identify capacity bottleneck and suggest for improvement
  • Generate the various reports required for operations management
  • Keep tickets up-to-date as per response SLA in ITSM tool
  • Contribute knowledge articles and update them in a timely manner when required
