As an EngineeringManager, you will lead, motivate and direct the engineering teams for achievingcritical product delivery objectives.


Responsibilities & Professional Experience
  • A hands-on technical andpeople leader with at-least 2-3 yrs inbuilding a running a high performing team.
  • 4+ years building highlyscalable, high performance applications with focus on open source tech stack.
  • Experience in differentframeworks/Architecture like micro services, event driven architecture, RestAPIs and Reactive systems
  • Experience in cloudplatforms such as Azure, AWS or GCP
  • Experience in Agile ScrumMethodology and DevOps .
  • Ability to work in afast-paced and agile development environment.
  • Strong customer focus andobsession with quality.
  • Experience with engineeringbest practices, including use of design patterns, and code reviews.
  • Act like a coach, motivateemployees, and give them operational guidance, both technically andorganizationally.



ProfessionalExperience


  • A Masters degree preferably in IT or Computer Science
  • At least 12 years of experience in IT
  • Experience in management consulting and IT Consulting consulting organizations is a huge plus
  • Proven multiple years of experience in managing several projects at the same time
  • A proven track record in managing teams and managing stakeholders & customers as well
  • Good knowledge of the Scaled Agile framework
  • Experience with managing Project Delivery in a regulated environment leveraging standards and best practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent presentation skills with a demonstrated ability to give presentations to senior management
