Azure Cloud SolutionArchitect - Manager

As part of our EY-DET-FS team, you will help clients developtheir next generation digital transformation strategies, solutioning, productdevelopment also cloud migration. Working with EY-DET-FS. proprietary frameworks, you will help clientsdetermine the best way to digitalize their businesses. This includes developingcloud-based solutions and defining transformation strategies for the financialsector.

The opportunity

Were looking for an Azure Cloud Solution Architect withexpertise in Technical Consulting to join the leadership group of our EY-DET-FSTeam. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a leading firm whilst beinginstrumental in the growth of a new service offering.

Your key responsibilities

• Lead Azure Cloud based SaaS, IaaS, and PaaS solution architectureefforts.

• Develop target cloud solution architecture patterns and systemrequirements, analyze existing application and IT deployments, proposerequirements and designs & drive implementation

• Prepare cloud guidance, standards, requirements, design, andensure that the end product is aligned to the cloud strategy and overallenterprise architecture standards

• Hands-on experience designing, building, maintaining, and securingcloud micro services, IaaS and PaaS solutions for highly available businesscritical cloud-based systems

• Provide architecture and consulting services to solution teams

• Collaborate with solution teams on design and integration efforts

• Participate in advancing architecture discipline across theenterprise

• Conduct product evaluation and provide recommendations

• Perform code quality and architecture analysis and provideimprovement recommendations

• Define Target Architecture and Operational Models as needed

• Analyze legacy systems and provide Target and TransitionArchitecture in compliance with Enterprise Architecture TAM and referencemodels

• Work with Compliance and Security teams to integrate theirrequirements into Architecture practices

• Establish functional and non-functional requirements and testcases and plans

• Participate and advance automation efforts across the Enterprise

• Create Reference Architecture and Building Blocks

• Responsible for creating, maintaining, and adoption of technologystandards

• Ability to manage multiple priorities & commitments

• Strong understanding of the entire MS Azure product and servicessuite of products and their applicable use cases, best practices andimplementation, and support considerations.

• Experience working in a consulting environment preferred.

• Team player, ability to be able to work with virtual teams

• Ability to work in a variety of client settings and platforms

Skills and attributes for success

• A background of working with development best practices.

• A willingness to be flexible in responding to issues as they occurand the ability to identify product/deployment improvements to mitigate futureoccurrences.

• Self-motivated, Strong communication and team buildingskills.

• Work in a team with continuous collaboration.

• BTech/ MTech ORMasters in Computer Applications

• 10-15 years of soundindustry experience.

• 5+ years ofexperience in designing and driving the implementation of large-scalecommercial enterprise-class cloud software, using cloud principles andarchitectural patterns

• 4+ years workingexperience in Azure IaaS & PaaS services (App Service, Service Bus, EventHub, Event Grid, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Azure AD, AKS, Docker, Azure APIManage, Azure Storage, Azure SQL Server)

• Technologist, withdeep expertise in Azure cloud, and/or other public/private/hybrid cloudarchitecture domains

• Strongfoundational infrastructure skills, including architecture principles anddesign patterns of distributed systems in private and public cloud

• Skilled in modernsoftware architecture, scalability, reliability and in RESTful APIs and howthey are used in the cloud

• Experienceevaluating existing application design and making recommendations for enhancingapplications to leverage cloud technology and services

• Working experiencewith delivery methodologies such as Agile and CI/CD

• Strongcommunication skills
