Job Summary
ResponsibilitiesYou will need to deploy various hiring methodologies and scout talent for our Engineering & Data science team.You will manage the entire recruitment life cycle right from sourcing, screening, qualifying the right candidates, interview scheduling, negotiation and closure.You will need to engage with the stakeholders and understand the manpower requirements.You will need to build relevant pipeline for various positions in tech vertical.You will need to update job descriptions as per the business requirement for multiple roles..You will need to champion exceptional end-to-end candidate experience, striving for timely and impactful delivery.Requirements5 - 8 years of high-performance recruiting experience.Good understanding of technical hiring as an in-house recruiter.Strategic in utilizing creative resources to find top tech candidates.Experience of using any of the ATS platforms is required.Excellent relationship building and networking skills.
