Responsibilities / Duties: The Analytics Manager plays a crucial role in supporting the efforts of our Marketing and Revenue teams to generate growth for Enfusion. This role will be primarily responsible for the management and maintenance of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) data, as well as managing the business analyst team. You will work closely with the Salesforce, Revenue, and Marketing teams to ensure all relevant client and prospect data is assembled, reconciled, and maintained within our CRM system. This involves reconciling multiple databases, and synthesizing various types of data into a single, unified record. The ideal candidate will be closely familiar with the investment management / financial services, and have a good understanding of the different business types within that industry, possess leadership qualities, and have experience with data management best practices. This candidate will use their managerial, data, analytics, and research expertise to accelerate our marketing and revenue efforts mainly by supplying our CRM with the up-to-date and relevant data needed to drive revenue growth. This is a team lead position and reports to the Corporate Applications Manager of the IT Team. Responsibilities: Supervise a small team of analysts in their daily activities and provide expert guidance. Use specialist financial industry knowledge to enhance accuracy and speed delivery of quality data records. Clean, organize, sort, and reconcile multiple databases to create a unified record for the accounts and contacts in Salesforce. Automate current manual data processes above. Engage in prospect research on databases and other sources to identify new entries into our own database. Dive deep into data to identify and correct issues of quality, structure, completeness, and timeliness. Maintain and enhance our internal data to enable creation of audience segments, lists, and campaign targets for segmented marketing campaigns. Report on and maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to the quality, performance, and completeness of our database. Assist on data-related initiatives across the entire organization as needed. Engage in ongoing professional development / learning and support the team in doing the same. Provide insight and ideas for improvement of processes, particularly automation of manual or repeatable tasks. Required Qualifications: Professional experience or demonstrated knowledge (e.g., passed CFA or CAIA Level I exam) in the investment or financial services industry. 5+ years of experience in data-driven research, ideally within the financial services industry. 2+ years in a team leader or similar supervisory role. 3+ years of experience using a major CRM system, especially with large or complex data sets/requirements. Bachelor's degree strongly preferred. Proficiency in Excel required, VBA and Python/R experience preferred. Experience with visualization software (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) preferred. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and creatively problem solve. Eager to learn new tools, platforms, and processes. Goal and results driven, ability to get things done while keeping the team energized and motivated. Works independently, self-reliant, self-motivated but also knows when to delegate.
