Business Analyst, Portfolio Management System ( Pms) Job in Enfusion Ltd. Llc

What You ll Do Ensure timely and accurate resolution of production issues. This requires you to conduct research, identify and coordinate work activity between stakeholders in a matrixed organization and manage the lifecycle of the issue until resolved. Effectively convey root cause analysis of issues Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to understand application functions and related downstream processing components Handle new client and existing client implementation or conversions on our in-house software application Act as a catalyst in understanding / appreciating user requirements and effectively communicating the requirements to the in-house Development Team Recommend best possible solution which meets business requirements by internal assessments / comparison with other software applications Bring improvement of existing software by suggesting improvements, testing, bug fixes etc. Build and maintain strong relationships with Operations and technology teams to identify process improvement opportunities Participate / Lead any special consulting projects or assignments (client or internal) as may be required by the business Who We Need: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering (any), Finance, Information Systems, or related field Minimum 5 years experience in Capital markets industry or Hedge Fund industry or in similar Indian / International financial market Strong business knowledge of vanilla and derivatives products Good business knowledge of financial reporting and reporting requirements for hedge funds and fund admins on any Portfolio accounting system Ability to manage delivery and escalations, to influence and lead technical conversations with varied Business & Technology support groups Ability to work independently as well as within a group Self-starter with excellent analytical, and problem-solving skills What We Offer: Competitive compensation and benefits package Small team with growth opportunity Entrepreneurial environment Exposure to all aspects of the financial services industry Perks of working for Enfusion: Competitive compensation Company paid Medical Insurance package Generous PTO Package Entrepreneurial Environment Catered Lunch every Friday Small team with growth opportunity Exposure to all aspects of the financial technology services industry
