Job Summary Responsibilities
  • Working closely with product owners and functional stakeholders; turn high level business requirements into technical specifications and stories
  • Contributing towards design, development and delivery of high quality, secure, scalable software solutions within expected time
  • Defining end to end solutions for new customers and/or workflows, identify dependencies on other products to deliver a complete solution
  • Optimizing the approach by being expert in the domain and providing insight into tradeoffs and what will ultimately be built
  • Collaborating with cross-functional agile teams that include developers, QA, product owners, PMs to implement extensible and scalable solutions
  • Building a balanced backlog and establish transparency around execution, risk and issues
  • Participating and signing off in UATs. Ensuring product features and functionalities are well understood and implemented as requested
  • Working with team to efficiently operate the production support
  • Working with stakeholders and leadership to develop technical roadmap aligned with growth strategies
  • Evaluating third parties APIs and capabilities and mapping out integration plans
  • Actively participating in architectural discussions, iteration planning and feature sizing meetings
  • Providing informal leadership to other technical product managers as part of a large team
  • Facilitating the creation and maintenance of proper documentation for API specs, interfaces, software releases etc
Qualification

BE / B.Tech / M.Tech / ME (Preferably Computer Science ) from a Tier-1/11 Engineering Institute

Skills
  • Effective communication skills, MS suite, eDraw, API understanding, Solution architecture, Jira, Confluence, Agile methodology, BRD, Sequence diagram, Project roadmap
Industry
  • Fintech/ Payments, Banking, Network, Consulting
Desire
  • Proven working experience as Tech Business Analyst / Technical Product Manager
  • Understanding of systems engineering concepts and having a deep technical knowledge
  • Familiar with any database languages
  • Knowledge on data security and encryption
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Written and verbal communication, including technical writing skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study

BE / B.Tech / M.Tech / ME (Preferably Computer Science ) from a Tier-1/11 Engineering Institute
