Job Summary

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for out bound calls for sales and customer service.
  • Contacting potential customers from a database/ leads and convert leads to business opportunities for the company.Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
  • Close sales and achieve quarterly quota
  • Follow-up on the generated leads. Maintain and expand the database of prospects.
  • Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
  • Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
