Job Summary

Contract Type: Permanent, Full time (Joining: Immediate)

Qualification: Bachelors / Masters degree in any discipline (Experience: Freshers 3 years)

Responsibilities:

You will build and provide strategic direction to the companys operations. You will plan and supervise every activity of the company. With limited resources, you will be responsible for smooth conduct of the companys Elynsco Pharmacy , Elynsco Spa and planned business operations.

The profitability of the companys business will depend on your management skills.

Establishing and administration of the outlets, inspection, Monitoring sales and profits

Researching and finalizing store locations, Handling to start operations quickly

Shortlisting candidates, handling the recruitment procedures

Supervise operations of the company at every level and set clear objectives

Handling team and delegating work, Plan activities and allocate responsibilities

Increasing the network, Managing Franchises

Late working hours

Answering phone calls, replying to email communications, managing social media etc.

Travelling as and when required

Draft letters, Make presentations, Develop and implement marketing and sales strategy

Collaborate with external parties such as suppliers, travel agencies, event planners etc.

Discretion

Proficiency with various computer software

Extremely friendly, fun-loving, outgoing and cooperative

Ability to stay calm under various situations and also finish the task in time

Multitasking, hardworking, Proactive, Problem-solving, Strong decision making ability

Perform any other work as and when assigned

We are a newly incorporated company. You will be able to showcase your potential and leadership skills to get more responsibilities and benefits, other than anything which will be offered to you. During probation period, a monthly CTC of Rs. 8,000-13,000 range will be provided, including benefits, which will be revised on confirmation after probation.

For this role, you need to be passionate, hardworking, and you should always be eager to work on your own and learn. You should have patience. You must be reliable and able to handle tasks without any supervision. As a manager, you should have a clear vision, roadmap for this company.
