Captain TMT's mission is to bring creative projects to life and Captain TMT's Operations team helps the company to work smarter and more smoothly in service of this mission.
We're looking for a versatile problem solver with a voracious appetite for tackling projects big and small to join our Operations team. You are analytical and organized, yet creative and tenacious in your approach to your daily work. Your ability to deftly manage competing priorities makes those around you believe you've discovered extra hours in the day. You think big but dig into the details to understand complex challenges.
Your day to day will include an emphasis on payments-related project management, where you'll manage cross-functional payments initiatives alongside Captain TMT Product, Engineering, Finance, and Legal teams. You'll also work on internal projects to grow and scale our business, and you'll drive research efforts in support of the company's strategic endeavors.
In this role, you'll make a material impact on the way creative projects come to life, and you'll have fun doing it. The ideal candidate will have a few years of experience in an operational role at a young and growing company. Prior payments experience and a facility with data is a must, but the key to success here is less about what you've done and more about who you are.'
