Manager / Senior Manager - Consulting Job in Eka

About Position - The ideal person should have worked with a world class software product company, IT consulting organization or systems integrator with relevant experience in consulting and delivering complex business software solutions. In addition, the person is expected to have had full P&L responsibility with previous history of developing excellent long term relationships with customers. A key requirement would be ability to handle global clients with global leadership skills.

Education: BE / BTech. From a leading University,MBA in Systems/Finance - preferred

Experience:

• 9 12 years of experience in Enterprise Implementation of ERP / Financial / Risk Management Solutions. PMP or Equivalent Project Management certification is plus

Skills:

• 10+ years of relevant IT experience and in which 6+ years in a product consulting role in successfully delivering multiple product based implementation/deliveries.
• Strong skills in leadership, negotiation skills, decision making, client engagement, people management, execution and drive.
• Knowledge of Commodities Business, Derivatives (Futures and Options), contract management, international shipments and documentation would be an added advantage
• Develop a deep understanding of domain and client requirements so as to provide feedback to the product management group.
• Will be the lead consultants on the Domain and will lead a team of Principal/Sr.Principal Consultant s in providing / architecting solutions for Global Multi-billion $ clients
• S/he will have experience in leading Global implementations and managing multiple clients simultaneously
• S/he will lead a team of Principal/Sr.Principal Consultant s in architecting a solution for the clients.
• Excellent Communication Skills (both written and verbal)

• Ability to lead the consulting effort towards successfully understanding client business and developing solutions that address client needs
• Understanding of Product and domain
• Management of customer expectation and relationships.
• Client coordination on presentation of solution / approvals of FS / tracking progress and managing change requests
• Provide support to the pre-sales effort by transferring business understanding in the domains that the Principal/Sr.Principal Consultant s works in Lead the Gap analysis effort for mapping client business and processes to EKA products
• Lead and supervise the Development of functional spec documents for client business requirements
• Coordinating internally with other stakeholders for delivery as per specs and timelines
• Provide inputs to Product management group for development of the Product Road Map
• Management of consulting team for productivity and satisfactory delivery of solution to the client.
