Title: Business Consultant/Sr. Business Consultant The Business Consultant/Sr. Business Consultant will be part of Eka s consulting team. The Consultant will be responsible for the consulting effort towards successfully understanding client business and developing solutions that address client needs. Responsibilities: 1. Experience in implementing commodity trading and risk management (C/ETRM) software product with a special focus on the following areas: Commodity futures, Swaps and Options Trading Risk Management in Physical Trading and Transfers Mark-to-Market and PnL Analysis Trading Profit & Loss Contract Management in Procurement and Sales Costing Counter Party Risks in Procurement Position Management Forex Trading Risk Management Domain knowledge of Ags, Softs, Metals, Power, Gas, Oil Trading Proficient in End of Day Calculations Knowledge of SQLs and Any reporting Tool like Crystal Reports, Tableau Understanding of Back/Front and Middle office activities. Good communication skills. 2. Product Implementation experience in following areas Consulting workshop AS IS and TO BE process documentation. Exposure to agile methodology and JIRA for managing project development and issues. Good exposure to system integrations Excellent communication skills to deal with business users on client side. Master data, data migration and cutover knowledge Write and execute user acceptance test with end users. 5-9 years of experience in product/application support or quality assurance working for global enterprise clients. Experience in the commodities domain or with financial/ERP software solutions will be an added advantage. S/he would be working for IT vendors (services or product companies) or captives. Skill Sets: Sound understanding of software applications and support/development processes S/he will be possessing superior communication and interpersonal skills together with high customer-centricity and cultural awareness. The role demands sound problem solving and analytical skills for handling diverse complex client issues. S/he is expected to be well planned, organized and manages time effectively. Advanced Knowledge of MS Office suite is essential. Knowledge of incident management system, issue tracking systems will be an added advantage. Candidate should be flexible with Shifts. Adhere to prevailing Eka s ISMS policies and procedures while delivering the duties. Education : BE / B. Tech + MBA from a reputed institute.
