Job Summary

    Requirements :

  • MBA preferred.
  • 5 - 8 years of full-time corporate sales experience (IT Consulting).
  • Must be target-oriented and aggressive in business development, with out-of-the-box thinking.
  • Proven track record of achieving targets and driving sales growth in a business.
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Independent thought and action. Ability to decide and prioritize.
  • Self-motivated, confident, and have a positive attitude.
  • Role Overview:
  • We are looking for UX Lead with outstanding design, research, and strategy skills who can create solutions that simplify user s journeys on mobile, web, and desktop. You will need to be delivery-focused, with excellent leadership and communication skills. You will be providing mentorship and support to the team across a full spectrum of experience levels and client communications.
  • Responsibilities :

  • Expert in Lead Qualification, Prospecting, Lead Conversion, Solution, Closure Sales (End to End Sales Process).
  • Have hands-on experience in cold calling, lead qualification, and management.
  • Lead generation activities in India and the Overseas market.
  • Follow up on incoming leads. Create proposals, negotiate pricing, and close the deals.
  • Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts.
  • Work closely with our Business Head to develop lead generation strategies to generate current and prospective opportunities with clients.
  • Submit monthly sales forecasts and pipelines.
  • Generate & exceed Revenue targets, number of calls per day, number of appointments per week/month/quarter.
  • Day-to-day duties on generating leads.
  • Developing quotes and proposals.
  • Pitching products and/or services.
  • Create presentations and proposals.
  • Maintaining client relationships with existing customers.
