Job Summary
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop a long-term vision and strategy for the services provided by eJyothi.
- Improve and implement process improvements.
- Continually gather and analyze data and business intelligence from various sources.
- Keep abreast of the latest developments and compliance requirements.
- Manage, lead, and own service delivery in BD, Proposal, Contracting, PMO, HR functions.
- Work collaboratively with other teams such as IT and Finance.
- Ensure quality control checks are implemented and followed in all the deliverables.
- Review work products produced, mentor team members, track deadlines, and report to senior management as required.
- Act as custodian of processes, procedures, templates, and checklists.
- Strong team building/management and inter-personal skills.
- Strong English communication - Oral & Writing.
- Aptitude for reading and understanding various artifacts including legal documents.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, time management and self-learning skills.
- Ability to analyze, interpret, and articulate client requirements in a systematic and logical. manner, and to devise appropriate service delivery strategies.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.).
- Graduate or post-graduate in any stream with excellent academic scores. Prefer post graduate degree in Mathematics, Physics, Commerce, or MBA
