What will you be doing?

  • Ideate and develop strategies to energize sales efforts for North America, Europe & APAC
  • Engage with Stakeholders like OEMs, Lighting designers, distributors, Installers and owners
  • Conduct research after assimilating data to better understand the customer needs
  • Design strategies to increase the reach of WiSilica branded products
  • Actively participate in meeting with potential clients to perform more discovery/pre-sell
  • Lead product demonstrations, workshops, and due diligence studies with customers
  • Contribute to industry/trade event participation, presentations, white papers, and briefings
  • Engage with the product engineering team for continuous product/solution learning
  • Engage with the product management team to feed feature requirements from customer
  • Actively take part in proof-of-concept and pilot phases during vendor selection process

You ll need to have

  • 5+ years experience in a technology product or services domain at any capacity
  • BTech preferably specializations in EE, ECE, IT, CS or EC
  • MBA from a leading B-school preferably with specializations in Marketing, International business, IT, or General management
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
  • Good presentation creation and delivery skills with aid of MS office tools or similar
  • Strong influencing skills both for internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with all levels and functions, offering ideas and/or solutions

Even better if you will have

  • Good understanding of software development life cycles and product life cycles
  • Knowledge in IoT and data analytics
