Job Summary

1.Provide the team with a vision and objectives; manage key performance indicators.

2.Set the monthly, weekly, daily targets for the team and ensure that the team targets are achieved.

3.Conducting weekly reviews for performance & training.

4.Identifying the areas of improvements & KPI's of team

5.Involve team in calling for closure and objection handling as and when required.

6.Motivating & mentoring team to achieve & exceed targets

7.Cross-functional approach through coordination with multiple teams in inter and Intra geographies

Experience: Atleast five years

Education: Minimum Graduation

Note: Candidates from education industry background shall be given preference

Experience Required :

5 to 10 Years
