Job Summary
  • Business Development

    • Any graduate/post graduate with 1-3 years of experience in sales
    • Achieving Enrollment as well as Revenue targets for the courses assigned
    • To counsel the students and ensuring good conversion for courses allocated
    • Followup on the data provided by the marketing team
    • Understand customer requirement and be able to position the right product
    • Reporting no of calls per day, conversion, collection made and updating the MIS
    • Responsible for operational process/co-ordination of courses assigned
    • To organize and execute the seminar, workshops, on or off the campus
    • Maintain relation with students for references
    • Transfers, Refund, Cancellation and Postponement

    • Effective communication and 100% conversion ability
    • Effective team player
    • Excellent verbal & written communication skill
    • Persuasive, hard working and ability to close the sales
    • Ability to meet the target with timeline
    • Prior experience with education industry is desirable
