Primary Responsibilities Lead all aspects of India Business Strategy including ownership of P&L, customer/partner alignment, business & strategic planning, operations management, budgeting, forecasting and goal setting. Be accountable for development of Country business plans that are fully aligned with Regional and Corporate strategy, and to feed into region marketing planning process in a timely and appropriate manner. Be accountable for successful governance of West's strategic global alliances with India partners Lead and manage cross-functional team/resources in India and internationally (Operations, GKAM, local Sales, Marketing, TCS and QA, as appropriate) in the development and execution of strategies that will result in profitable growth in accordance with West objectives. Engage with key stakeholders to manage the business effectively with optimal support. This may include Line managers, Regional Operations, Regional R&D, Regional TCS, Regional QA, Regional Finance, Regional Sales & Marketing, Regional HR Partner with Regional Functional Leaders to build an optimal, effective, and integrated Country Management Team in implementing localized initiatives in support of corporate goals, meeting both the current and future business requirements. Create, foster, and drive a culture of accountability and high performance within the Country Organization. Access and develop individual talent effectively, creating value from performance management, development planning, talent planning and succession planning and to lead a development culture within the Country organization. Ensure provision of appropriate training/development solutions for all direct reports to enhance individual and Country Management Team performance. Own the commercial strategy for the country, to establish a personal industry presence, interact with, and manage relationships and influence key customers/stakeholders/key market partners. Foster good corporate relationships, ensuring the development and execution of key account and market plans.
