We are looking to add to this talent pool a SCRUM Master and Agile project manager, who will be a key influencer in the way we manage we manage projects.

The Ideal Experience Map:

Bachelors any specialization with minimum 5 years of relevant work experience. Preferably, candidates with PMP and Agile / Scrum related certifications.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Knowledge of various well-documented patterns and techniques in the Scrum approach
  • Experience as a Scrum Master / Agile Project management role for at least three years for a web development team that was diligently applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory
  • Manage Projects with Agile Methodologies
  • Provide efficiently designed/customized solutions to meet client expectations
  • Take onus of addressing escalations, handle support team to ensure faster resolution & improved CE
  • Identify issues, risks & gaps in processes and deploy apt solutions to improve efficiency / quality
  • Manage operational deliverables ensuring service level agreements delivery are met
  • Implement and follow a robust change management process to ensure governance and standards of the websites
  • Analyze and identify team skill requirements and liaise with shared services for conducting trainings

Functional Skills:

  • Knowledge of other Agile approaches: XP, Kanban, Crystal, FDD, etc
  • Awareness and experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games

People Management and Personality Traits:

  • Skilled at facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency
  • Guiding the team on self-organizing to fill in the intentional gaps left in the Agile / Scrum frameworks
  • Removing impediments or guide the team in removing them
  • Engage with key client POCs, realize their goals and needs and identify growth opportunities for account
  • Manage resource schedule and allocation of tasks to the execution team
  • Review team performance with senior management as well as clients on weekly basis
  • Manage project and process collaterals and ensure appropriate staffing by interviewing aspirants for functional skills
