Job Summary

Responsibilities:

Build a thorough understanding of the user activation funnel across channels , identify experience gaps and friction points for new users Develop an understanding of the market segments and in turn our user segments and target them effectively Develop a holistic multi-channel plan to increase signups and activation for Dunzo Daily. This includes both offline and online channels. Growing the top of the funnel via exploration and experimentation of new channels with better targeting to reach out to new users Identify opportunities to develop, test and implement programs that make it easier for users to discover Dunzo Daily Leading and coaching a team of growth marketers and analysts who can drive the activation and resurrection agenda. Building key partnerships and alternate channels to drive increased traffic to Dunzo Daily Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in performance and growth marketing with at least 3 years in online channels- ecommerce preferably for a B2C brand 3+ years of people management experience Strong problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to deal with ambiguity Experience in building and implementing Go to market strategies Ability to work in collaboration with cross functional teams and lead with influence High proficiency in working with data and using data driven insights to shape user behaviour and experience.
