Design simple and elegant experiences across multiple touch points for Identity Management Solutions

Independently reach design milestones in complex enterprise software projects

Guide more junior designers on the team and review their work

Contribute to the HID Design System with elegant and innovative experience patterns

Guide the definition of user-centric product requirements.

Strong portfolio focused on user centric product design

Fluent in user experience best practices and trends

Strong domain knowledge in enterprise UX

Experience with enterprise software

Experience integrating user research feedback in their work

Experience with agile tools and ceremonies
Desired but not required

Experience facilitating cross-functional design activities and workshops

Experience defining design systems and guide the development of pattern libraries

Experience with SAFe practices
Education and/or Experience
-
BA/BS degree in Design (e.g. interaction, graphic, visual communications, product, industrial, etc), Human-Computer Interactions (HCI) or related field, or equivalent work experience
-
7+ years of experience in product designer role
-
At least 10 years of professional work experience
Language Skills
-
Ability to effectively communicate in the English language, both verbally and in writing.

Ability to read and interpret technical journals, specifications, international technical standards, etc.
Computer Skills
-
Fluent in design tools (such as Sketch and its plug-ins, or Illustrator)
-
Fluent in prototyping tools (such as Axure, InVision, or other)

Independently carry out design projects, from concept ideation to development

Lead the customer-centric design approach adopted by the team

Discuss complex technical requirements

Eloquently explain design decisions to stakeholders and leadership teams
