Associate Product Designer, Bangalore (REQ - 1426)
Job Title: Associate Product Designer
Reports To: Senior Director, User Experience
Location: Bangalore, India.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Contribute to the design of simple and elegant experiences across multiple touch points for Identity Management Solutions.

Produce low-fidelity prototypes and high-fidelity wireframes based on a Design Thinking approach

Implement user-centric product requirements and design patterns

Contribute to the HID Design System with elegant experience patterns.

Portfolio focused on UI and product design

Familiarity with user experience best practices and trends

Experience integrating user research feedback in their work

Experience participating in cross-functional design activities and workshops
Education and/or Experience

BA/BS degree in Design (e.g. interaction, graphic, visual communications, product, industrial, etc), Human-Computer Interactions (HCI) or related field, or equivalent work experience

1+ years of experience in product designer or similar role
Language Skills
-
Ability to effectively communicate in the English language, both verbally and in writing.

Ability to read and interpret technical journals, specifications, international technical standards, etc.
Computer Skills
-
Familiar with at least 1 design tool (such as Figma, Sketch and its plug-ins, or Illustrator)

Familiar with in prototyping tools (such as Axure or InVision)
