Job Summary
Qualification : Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Delivery: Oversee the entire MEP project lifecycle, including planning, scheduling, and execution.
- Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of engineers and technicians, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and other project stakeholders.
- Technical Expertise: Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations, including energy efficiency and sustainability requirements.
- Financial Management: Manage project budgets, monitor costs, and identify opportunities for cost savings.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring contingency plans are in place.
- Quality Assurance: Implement robust quality control measures to deliver projects to the highest standards.
- Innovation: Embrace innovative technologies and methodologies to improve project efficiency and performance.
What We're Looking For:
- A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Proven experience in managing MEP projects in the construction industry
- Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- A passion for sustainable and innovative construction practices
