Inspect and monitor environment machineries and process to ensure safety as per government rules and regulations and industry standards.
Implementation of work permits.
Ensuring risk assessment and Job Safety Analysis for all activities
Arrangements of first aid fire fighting facility at workplace and ensuring the mock drills to be conducted periodically
Carrying out inspection as per the calendar at plants/CC and necessary action to be initiated to ensure compliance
Conduct routine safety meetings for effective implementation of EHS policies
Conduct toolbox talk at workplace
Arrangements of PPE to the workforce
Implementing govt regulations to minimize the risk as low as possible
Filing and record of all environment health and safety documents such as policies, inspection audit training, tbt, induction
Maintaining the incident and accidents report after the accidents occurrence
Ensuring the proper handling and maintain of hazardous material at work place
Preparing EHS (Environmental Health and safety) plan for the project as per contract requirements
Ensure compliances with statutory provisions and required documents
Continuously raise awareness about safety amongst employees of the company
Ensure adequate and timely procurement and maintenance of personal protective equipment s
Regular plant inspections
Organize and conduct safety meetings
Attend internal and external audits
Accident investigation to find root cause and implement the precautionary measures.
Provide training on safety for employees
Organize Safety Campaigns
Carry out mock drills at all locations
Identify scope of cost cutting in protective equipments without compromise on safety etc.
Conduct safety audit

Ensuring the Annual Health completed within timelines
